Mandrissa Anita Cho leads House Liao forces through troubling times on Carver V. Circumstances have thrust the Mandrissa into a tenuous position; her husband was killed in action during battle with Davion forces and Liao leaders off-world put her in charge with little reinforcement after years of firefights. Carver V represents the last hope for the Cho family to keep heir name alive as Liao commanders.
